Our core service is the letting of office, production and warehouse premises and buildings on the former shipyard area in Frederikshavn, approximately 50,000 m2 of buildings and other facilities. 

Our buildings, premises and facilities are very diverse and therefore we can cover almost any need: from office, conference, and training facilities to workshop, production and warehousing. Sizes vary from 20 to 2,000 m2.
